1. How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within ​3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email and can track your order via the provided tracking number once shipped.
​2. What are the shipping costs and delivery areas?
Mockula offers ​free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. (48 states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
​3. How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email or visit your account’s “Order History” page for real-time updates.
​4. What is your return policy?
Most items qualify for ​free returns within 100 days of delivery (must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged). View full return policy.
​5. Can I return custom or "Final Sale" items?
Custom-made products and items marked as ​​“Final Sale”​ are non-returnable. See exceptions in our return policy.
