1. How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email and can track your order via the provided tracking number once shipped.
2. What are the shipping costs and delivery areas?
Mockula offers free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. (48 states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
3. How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email or visit your account’s “Order History” page for real-time updates.
4. What is your return policy?
Most items qualify for free returns within 100 days of delivery (must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged). View full return policy.
5. Can I return custom or "Final Sale" items?
Custom-made products and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable. See exceptions in our return policy.
6. How do I request a return or exchange?
