100-Day Free Returns
We stand by our products and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return most items in their original condition within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom or personalized items, "Final Sale" products, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 100 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label (free for standard returns).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
Exceptions & Fees
Damaged/defective items: We cover return shipping and prioritize replacements or refunds.
Non-original packaging: A 10% restocking fee may apply if items are returned without original packaging.
Final Sale items: Clearly marked during checkout and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We’ll replace items free of charge if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For exchanges due to preference (e.g., size, color), return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase if your items haven’t entered processing.
Custom items and orders already in transit cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. Allow 5–10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
