Shipping Locations

Mockula currently ships only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is prepared for shipment.

Free Shipping

Every order ships free via standard delivery! Shipping costs are always covered by Mockula.

Shipping Methods

Small items (e.g., accessories, single products) typically ship via UPS or FedEx and require no special delivery arrangements.

Large furniture or bulk orders may ship via LTL/FTL carriers. These deliveries arrive curbside or to your dock. Customers are responsible for unloading items. If no dock is available, the driver will park nearby for safe access.

Delivery Details

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. In-stock items ship together, while made-to-order or delayed inventory may ship separately as they become available. Carriers may require a signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.
